The goal is to enhance your ability to direct your life—not just your supports—and gain greater independence.
Specialist Support Coordination
Specialist support for participants whose situations are more complex or have high levels of risk or barriers. Your Specialist Support Coordinator will assist you in managing challenges in your support environment, ensuring consistent delivery of services, and applying specialised strategies or frameworks to overcome obstacles.
